Why I Created This Deck

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by one question:

Why are we all so different?

Why do some people feel instantly familiar, while others seem impossible to understand?

Why do certain situations energize us, while others leave us completely drained?

And why does every person experience the world in such a unique way?

When I discovered Human Design five years ago, it felt as though I had finally found a map that revealed many of these hidden patterns. At the same time, I encountered a challenge: Human Design is fascinating, but it can also feel overwhelming. Gates, channels, charts, numbers, and terminology often make it difficult for newcomers to connect with its wisdom.

I longed for a different approach—one that would allow people not only to understand Human Design, but to experience it. I wanted to make invisible patterns visible, transform abstract concepts into meaningful images, and create an intuitive way to explore the 64 Gates.

That vision became the inspiration for this deck.

About the Creator

I'm Dr. Beatrix Haslinger—an author, neuroscientist (PhD), certified Life Coach, and Human Design practitioner.

For many years, I have been fascinated by one central question: Why are we all so different? What shapes our personalities, relationships, strengths, and challenges? Why do some experiences leave us feeling energized while others drain us completely?

This curiosity led me to explore neuroscience, Human Design, astrology, archetypes, and visual storytelling. The result is this deck—a project born from the desire to make complex ideas more intuitive, accessible, and meaningful.

My hope is that these cards will help you discover new perspectives, recognize hidden patterns, and deepen your understanding of yourself and the people around you—not only through knowledge, but through images, intuition, and reflection.

What is Kickstarter?

Kickstarter is the world's largest crowdfunding platform for creative projects.

Instead of purchasing a finished product from stock, you help bring a new project to life by supporting its first production. During the approximately 30-day campaign, you can decide whether you'd like to back the project and reserve your deck.
